City of Mumbai did experienced highest tide on 24th July, 2009 approx 5.05 mtrs a record of pass 100 years. Luckly no rains were there, so the city was quite safe. Critical reports were updated on TV channels, HAM radio operators & FM channels too. Many of the schools were close to but unluckly not mine. Indeed Mumbai city is the most lucky otherwise god only know what would have happened.
